That’s right… I used that wonderful, low energy, pot of magic and made bread in it. I borrowed a picture from food.com of the wheat round, as mine looks pretty much like this… right down to the rack and towel… the white yeasty one was gone pretty much before it finished cooling. I’ll do better getting pictures in the future… I promise.

The wheat loaf wasn’t nearly as yummy as the white one, but I blame that on the course wheat grind and the fact that I don’t really like wheat bread, which might have something to do with it. My hubby loves dense wheat bread, so he can have that one. I’m not an accomplished bread baker by any means, but I was able to handle this stuff!
